　　方法：

　　1、按下“win+x”组合键呼出系统快捷菜单，点击“程序和功能”，在控制面板手动卸载“norton identity safe”、诺顿杀毒等杀软;

　　2、然后下载、运行诺顿完全卸载工具norton removal tool。根据nrt工具的提示重启，然后再次运行nrt工具进行清理，并重启系统。

　　3、进入安全模式将下面的文件夹删除：

　　c:program filesnorton...

　　c:program filesnorton installer

　　c:program filessymantec

　　c:program filescommon filessymantec shared

　　c:programdatasymantec

　　c:programdatanorton

　　c:programdatanorton installer

　　c:program files(x86) 目录下的norton开头以及sym或symantec开头的文件麻烦您也帮忙删除掉

　　c:program files(x86)common files 目录下的norton开头以及sym或symantec开头的文件麻烦您也帮忙删除掉
